Why we friended Rian: Baileigh was all "That woman is CRAZY! WE MUST BE BFFS RIGHT NOW!!"

We love her because: 1) Rich and fascinating back story. 2) She is nuts (yes we are repeating that because it SO BEARS REPEATING!) and fun but still has her moments of angst. :D
