"Good boy," she replied approvingly, adjusting the leather cord to fit his neck comfortably and laughing at his joke. "Cute. Very cute. We'll get the rest of the stuff out when we get there. I wasn't sure how much we could handle, so I was thinking graveyard patrol. Get the newly risen before they can do any damage. It's not as fun as taking out a nest, but it's a pretty good way to blow off some steam. What do you think?" She smiled and stepped back, closing the back door of the Jeep. "Sound good?"
