It was a memory dream. God, I hope it was a memory dream. It didn't feel like prophecy, with the vague and the swirly white mist and all that B.S.

There was a guy and...this girl, I guess she was a slayer. I think maybe he'd drugged her, I don't know. I can't think of any other reason why she didn't--why she wasn't fighting. He had her chained up and he was cutting her. Shallow cuts, just, all over her.

I think she was really young. She was sobbing and just, begging him to stop. It was awful.

...Still not as bad as the last one, but, still awful.

I wish I could make them stop...

Anytime, and that's pretty much the literal of the word. I do know of a few teas that sort of shift around your REM cycle too. I mean it's not exactly good for good sleep, but hell it helps when they don't stop with the nightly showings.
