Oh, yeah. I prefer my comfy shoes when I'm waitressing, but I figure if I work out and train in heels, it's good practice. You know, keeping balance and all that.

Yes, you pointed out yet another bonus to what I'm sure will be an excruciating week or two, training in three to four inch heels! ;D
