It looks like Hannibal Lecter. Explain? It just does. It looks like the freaky mask they made him wear so he couldn't eat people's faces. Stop looking at me like that, it DOES. Look at it! See, there's his eyes and there's the mask, and there's the wires that go across the mouth hole. So there you go, have fun psychoanalyzing that answer.
